I. Processing Objects

一、辦理對(duì)象

Invited by the recruitment units in China, foreign experts come to China for management, technology, scientific research, teaching, guidance and consultation with a stay of no more than 90 days (inclusive).

受中國(guó)境內(nèi)的聘請(qǐng)單位邀請(qǐng)，來(lái)華從事管理、技術(shù)、科研、 教學(xué)、指導(dǎo)、咨詢等工作，停留時(shí)間不超過(guò)90 天（含）的外國(guó)專家。

II. Examination and Approval Conditions

二、審批條件

(1) The employing unit has the legal personality and the ability to engage foreign experts;

（一）聘請(qǐng)單位具有法人資格，有開(kāi)展聘請(qǐng)外國(guó)專家工作的能力；

(2) Having a clear mission to work in China;

（二）有明確的來(lái)華工作任務(wù)；

(3) Detailed schedule of activities in China;

（三）有詳細(xì)的在華活動(dòng)日程；

(4) There are sufficient expenses to guarantee the arrival of foreign experts in China;

（四）有充足的費(fèi)用保障外國(guó)專家來(lái)華；

(5) The conditions for inviting foreign experts refer to the Guidelines on Work Permit Services for Foreign Experts in China.

III. Application materials

三、申請(qǐng)材料

After the online preliminary examination is passed, the following materials are submitted to the window:

網(wǎng)上初審?fù)ㄟ^(guò)后到窗口提交以下材料：

(1) An application letter from the employing unit (which should indicate that a full background investigation has been conducted on the foreigners and that they are willing to provide guarantees);

（一）聘請(qǐng)單位申請(qǐng)函（應(yīng)寫明對(duì)外籍人員進(jìn)行了充分的背景調(diào)查，并愿意提供擔(dān)保）；

(2) Chinese resume (the time in the resume should be accurate to the month, and it should be described continuously up to now);

（二）中文簡(jiǎn)歷（簡(jiǎn)歷中時(shí)間應(yīng)精確到月，須不間斷描述至今）；

(3) Cooperation agreements between China and foreign countries, copies of short-term contracts or dispatch letters (e.g. official seals for translation of foreign materials);

（三）中外雙方合作協(xié)議、短期合同復(fù)印件或派遣函（如外文資料須翻譯蓋公章）；

(4) Copies of valid passports or other international travel documents;

（四）有效護(hù)照或其他國(guó)際旅行證件復(fù)印件；

(5) Copies of the business license of the applicant unit, the code certificate of the organization (or other registration certificates);

（五）申請(qǐng)單位營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照副本、組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼證（或其他登記證明）復(fù)印件；

(6) The agent of the unit shall produce the unit introduction letter.

（六）單位經(jīng)辦人須出示單位介紹信。

Dealing time: 10 working days.

辦理時(shí)限：10個(gè)工作日
